Sadler Wins Ford EcoBoost 300

Amy Henderson · Saturday March 17, 2012

Elliott Sadler took the checkered flag 1.159 seconds ahead of Kasey Kahne to win the Ford EcoBoost 300 T Bristol on Saturday. Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. rounded out the top 5. Sadler stayed out on the last caution of the day and used track position to his advantage after the green flag flew with 28 laps to go.

Nationwide Series regulars have won every race so far in 2012, and Sadler has won twice in the last three weeks after not having a Nationwide win since 1998. Sadler also got his first Sprint Cup victory at Bristol in 2001, running for the Wood Brothers.
