The Frontstretch Foto Funnies! Darlington Edition

Kurt Smith · Tuesday May 13, 2008

Everyone says a picture is worth a thousand words. But the Frontstretch’s Kurt Smith doesn’t think it takes nearly that many to tell the inside story behind the photos captured last week at the Lady in Black!

“Good thing I got strong thumbs! A 500-pound box of Cheez-Its’ll bind a guy up pretty good!”

“No, Casey, it doesn’t make the car ‘look faster’, and if you ever try to re-do our paint job again, we’re going to go to the 29 team too!”

“I can see your pit stall over there just fine, Junior. Wanna try it with my glasses?”

“Man, this is the third time Junior told me he was gonna bring me back a bag of peanuts and didn’t come back. Where the heck is he with my $5 this time?”

“Why do I feel like Batman and Robin are gonna show up and kick everybody’s ass any minute now?”

“Darn. I keep forgetting to stay away from the nuclear baked beans in the NAPA tent. They are so darn tasty though.”

“We’re real happy to have you on the team, Kasey. But please, do the King a personal favor and don’t wear that firesuit with the pink hearts on it anymore, ok?”
