Quoting “Knight Rider” driver Travis Kvapil on Bristol: “We didn’t have the best finish earlier this season, but Bristol is definitely one of my favorite tracks to visit. I’ve won a truck race there and also had some really good races there in the past. Bristol’s just a place for me that I’m comfortable racing at. I like what they did when they reconfigured the track surface the other year because now you’re able to pass without having to bump the guy out of the way. Bristol is just a fun track and it’s the ultimate short track. Our team is thrilled to have “Knight Rider” as the sponsor this weekend. I grew up watching “Knight Rider” and I was a big fan of KITT. It’s just very cool that I get the opportunity to drive our version of KITT this weekend under the lights of Bristol. I’m looking forward to it, it’s going to be fun, and I think there’s going to be a lot of excitement around our team this weekend. ”

Quoting “Knight Rider” crew chief Todd Parrott on Bristol:
“I’m really looking forward to returning to Bristol this weekend. I think the second time around should be a better outcome for us than our race earlier this season, even though we left with all the fenders on the car and we ran a smart race. We’re taking a brand new car to Bristol and the plan for this weekend is to stay out of trouble all night long. We’ll unload in qualifying trim and we plan on getting in a good qualifying run because track position is key at Bristol. I’ve seen that if you can qualify in the top 15 or 20, those cars are usually able to race up front all night long and avoid falling a lap down. We’re really excited to have “Knight Rider” on our car this weekend as well. It should be a great weekend overall.”
