Dodge at Lowe’s Motor Speedway
· Kasey Kahne has won the first two events at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in 2008 (Coca-Cola 600 and Sprint All-Star Race). No driver has every swept all three events in a single season.
· Kasey Kahne swept both NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in 2006 in a Dodge.
· Ryan Newman has started from the pole six times at LMS including a sweep in 2003 and 2007.
· Bobby Labonte earned his first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory at LMS, winning the 1995 Coca-Cola 600.
· Current Dodge drivers Kasey Kahne (2006), Elliott Sadler (2005) and Bobby Labonte (1999) each have led the most laps in the 10 most recent fall races at Lowe’s Motor Speedway:
· Kasey Kahne set the record for most laps led by a Raybestos® Rookie in the Bank of America 500 (since 1975). Kahne led four times for 207 of the 334 laps.
· Dodge has collected three of the last eight wins in the fall event at Lowe’s (Sterling Marlin -2001, Jamie McMurray – 2002 and Kasey Kahne – 2006).

Dodge Drivers at Lowe’s Motor Speedway
· Kasey Kahne (No. 9 Budweiser Dodge Charger), who won the first two events at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in 2008, looks to become the first NASCAR driver to win the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Challenge, Coca-Cola 600 and Bank of America 500 in the same season. This weekend marks the 175th career Cup start for Kahne.
· Ryan Newman (No. 12 Alltel Dodge Charger) has seven career poles at LMS including a sweep in 2003 and 2007.
· Chad McCumbee (No. 45 Marathon Spirit of America Motor Oil Dodge Charger) will be making his fifth-career Cup start – and first at LMS. He is scheduled to compete in four of the final five events of the 2008 Sprint Cup season for Petty Enterprises including this weekend’s BOA 500. This weekend marks his fifth career start in the No. 45 Dodge
· Mike Wallace (No. 10 Valvoline Dodge Charger) takes over for Patrick Carpentier in the No. 10 Dodge Charger this weekend. In 12 career starts, Wallace has a best finish of 16th in the 2005 spring race.
· Bobby Labonte (No. 43 Cheerios/Let’s Pink Together Dodge Charger) has earned two wins at LMS (1995 Coca-Cola 600 and 2000 UAW Quality 500). He has scored more top-10 finishes (17) at Lowe’s than at any other track during his career.
· Juan Pablo Montoya (No. 42 Texaco/Havoline Dodge) had a career-best finish of 30th in the spring race at LMS.
· Robby Gordon (No. 7 Menards Dodge Charger) has a career-best finish of 16th (twice) in 16 starts at LMS. An engine failure on lap 141 forced Gordon to finish 43rd in the spring race at LMS.
· Sam Hornish Jr. (No. 77 Mobil 1 Dodge Charger) currently 37th in the 2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series owner points standings, 177 points out of 35th place. Hornish raced to a season-best finish of 13th in the Coca-Cola 600 at LMS this spring.
· Kurt Busch (No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge Charger) has two fives and two top-10s in 16 career starts at LMS.
· Reed Sorenson (No. 41 Target Dodge Charger) has one top-fives and two top-10s in five career starts at LMS. His career best finish at LMS is fourth.
· Elliott Sadler (No. 19 Stanley/Susan G. Komen for the Cure Dodge Charger) looks to carry his momentum into LMS where the Virginia native earned the pole in 2005. Sadler will carry a special paint scheme this weekend in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Stanley is making a $100,000 donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure in support of the initiative. Sadler has one top-10 and three top-10 finishes at LMS.
