ALEXANDER, Ark. – Jon “Catman” Mitchell – Texarkana, TX, to battle in Central Arkansas this weekend with the AMP Series teams.
Race fans can expect to see Jon in action behind the wheel of the Black and White GRT by Catman powered by KHP High Performance Race Engines.
Jon will return to the speedways this weekend where he collected feature wins last season. He will kick off his weekend Friday night at Beebe Speedway in Beebe, Arkansas then will move west to Central Arkansas Speedway. Mitchell is the 2007 AMP Series Points Champion; today he currently sets 11 points out of first and holds a tie for the second place in the 2008 points chase.
