Medical Update On Patrick Sheltra

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (February 7, 2009) – - Patrick Sheltra, a Indiantown, Florida native was involved in a lap 74 incident in Saturday’s running of the Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona for the ARCA RE/MAX Series.

Following the incident, Sheltra was transported to a local hospital where he remains conscious and alert. The 22-year old driver will remain at the local medical facility overnight for observation.
