Auto Value Super Sprints and Eve of Destruction Doubleheader Weekend on tap to celebrate the Fourth of July Holiday at Dixie Motor Speedway.

Birch Run, Michigan (Tuesday, June 30, 2009): The Fourth of July
Holiday Weekend will start off in style at the Dixie Motor Speedway
with two nights of racing action beginning on Friday, July 3rd with
the Quality Auto Parts Fourth of July Holiday Weekend Extravaganza.

The cars and stars of the “World’s Fastest Short Track Cars,” the fire
breathing, winged warriors of the Auto Value / Bumper to Bumper Super
Sprints Series will kick off the weekend for there first of three
appearances of the 2009 racing season.

Joining the Super Sprints on the 4/10s (0.400) mile progressively
banked d-shaped paved oval will be the Teamtech Motorsports Sportsman
who will run Double Features in order to make up there rained out
Feature from June 19th.

Also on the card, the RacingPartSales.com Bombers will be racing on
the adjoining 1/3 (0.333) Mile Semi-Banked Paved Oval and the
Checkered Flag Promotions Figure 8s are also part of the action. In
addition and once dusk settles in and to help celebrate the countries’
233rd birthday, there will be a huge FIREWORKS display during the
evening as well!

Grandstand Admission Prices for Friday, July 3rd are: Adults (18-59):
$18.00 – Seniors (60 and Over): $16.00 – Students (13-17): $14.00 – Kids (6-12): $7.00 – Children (5 and Under) are always FREE. Pit
Passes are always $25.00.

The Pit Gates for Friday, July 3rd will open at 1:00p.m. Rotating
Practice begins at 3:00p.m., while the Grandstand Gates Open at
5:00p.m. Qualifying will start at 5:30p.m. Racing gets underway at
7:30p.m.

Then on Sunday, July 5th, the second night of exciting racing action
to be held over the Fourth of July Holiday Weekend will be the Often
Copied, Often Imitated, but Never EVER duplicated EVE OF DESTRUCTION
returns for Round II as the always exciting night of carnage will
close out the nations 233rd birthday weekend celebration.

On Tap will be the School Bus Figure 8s, Figure 8 Trailer Race,
Chain-Gang Race, Dixie Crash Cars, the all new and exciting Flagpole
Race, and Spectator Drags will highlight the evening of carnage and
destruction.

Also in action and on the ovals will be the first of two appearances
by the Vintage Racing Organization of America (V.R.O.A.) Modifieds who
will tackle the 4/10s (0.400) mile progressively banked d-shaped paved
oval. The Vintage Modifieds feature pre-1948 machines with in-line
straight six cylinder engines, straight axels, leaf springs, and much
more made only in the United States and Canada.

In addition, a special Street Stocks Invitational will also be
conducted on the adjoining 1/3 (0.333) mile semi-banked paved oval.
Although the Street Stocks Invite is technically a “non-points” race,
all participants who are in attendance will receive 15 “show-up”
points for there efforts. There night will be capped off by an
exciting 30-lap Feature!

For Sunday shows only, the Pit Gates will open at 12:00p.m. The
Grandstand Gates Open at 3:00p.m., as Rotating Practice for the oval
track divisions also starts at 3:00p.m. Qualifying for the Street
Stocks and V.R.O.A. Modifieds will start at 4:00p.m., and Racing gets
underway at 5:00p.m.
