Kim DeHaven

Kim was bitten by the “racing bug” at an early age when her family attended Saturday night races at the local dirt track. Many Sunday dinners were spent with the TV close by, tuned to the Winston Cup race, as she cheered for her childhood heroes Bobby Allison and Cale Yarborough.

Since then, Kim has attended races at Atlanta, Dover, IRP, Martinsville, Nazareth, Pocono, Richmond, Rockingham and Charlotte, as well as visited Daytona, North Wilkesboro and Bristol. She began contributing to the Frontstretch in 2002 and joined the staff full time in 2003.

Kim resides in West Virginia with her husband, daughter and son. She is a college student who spends her free time away from the Frontstretch reading and camping.
