Thomas Bowles · Tuesday February 14, 2006

Hey everyone. Starting next Wednesday in this space, we’re taking any and all questions from the stands, and by “the stands,” I mean our loyal Frontstretch readers. Want our take on who’s going to win this week’s race? Need a rule explained you just haven’t been able to understand? Want the latest Silly Season gossip? Well, send your question to tom@frontstretch.com, and chances are it may very well appear in this space next Wednesday!!

Looking forward to hearing what you guys have to offer up, especially after what could be the most wide open Daytona 500 in years.

Questions from Stands Re: Bending Rules
In the “old” days having a hundred extra yards of fuel line for some extra mileage was “cute” but a track bar handle that “morphs” the rear window!
Where does nascar draw the line?
In the Strar Trek Tradition of Scotty’s transparent aluminum, what if a team develops a material technology that can predict a new shape window will warp to when constructed of the new substance in a predictable length of time when exposed to sunlight!

I prefer the simple old ones like setting the parts washer on fire to hide and switch the cam shafts!(the King)
