HBO Comedy Series "Entourage" Episode At Auto Club Speedway To Air July 26

Monday July 20, 2009

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. (July 20, 2009) – The HBO hit comedy series Entourage, which recently made a two-day stop at Southern California’s premier motorsports facility, is scheduled air the episode taped at Auto Club Speedway on Sunday, July 26th (10:30 p.m. PT).

Auto Club Speedway got a taste of international flair in May on track as cast members Kevin Connolly (Eric), Adrian Grenier (Vince), Kevin Dillon (Drama), Jerry Ferrara (Turtle), shot episode 603 which included the new Ferrari California – the latest edition to the new generation of Ferraris.

Entourage, in its sixth season, takes a look at the day-to-day life of Vincent (Vince) Chase, a hot young actor in modern-day Hollywood, and his entourage. He’s brought with him from their hometown in Queens, NY: manager Eric, half-brother Drama, and friend Turtle. The series draws on the experiences of industry insiders to illustrate both the heady excesses of today’s celebrity lifestyle, as well as the difficulty of finding love and success in the fast track of show biz.

Auto Club Speedway continues to serve as a popular backdrop for many of today’s television programs and commercial spots. In February, the NBC hit show “The Biggest Loser” taped a segment for its show at ACS, with a little help from NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer who make a special appearance on a March episode.

Also in February, Hamburger Helper taped one of its latest TV spots, starring Bowyer, at the Speedway.
