Nate Caruth Comes Home With A Competitive 3rd Place Finish at Springport

The #76 of Nate Caruth brings home a 3rd place finish with his Lorz Motorsports Brella Sports Group/Caruth Construction/Carroll Construction Ford. Caruth said, “ Springport Motor Speedway is a great track. I enjoyed the race, and look forward to a return visit.”

Caruth began the race with an 18th starting position. His determination was clearly seen, as he began a steady flow toward the front of the competitive pack. Caruth became part of the elite group of six that finished on the lead lap. Odds were in his favor, as he sat 3rd. The large amount of lapped cars proved to be an obstacle that Caruth battled till the end. Caruth said, “ It was an exciting race. I am proud of my 3rd place finish, but felt one more caution would of given us the win.”

The unique banking through the turns as well as in the straight-aways is one of the many features that will continue to convey a competitive field for each ARCA/CRA race. The Central Michigan Ford-Kenworth 125 held a captivated audience, as fans were treated to edge of their seat excitement.

The team continues to build on their Lorz Motorsports Ford program as they move forward in the schedule. Team owner Mike Lorz said, “The team came out of this weekend with a strong 3rd place finish, as well as boosting our motivation for the upcoming race at Winchester Speedway.” Lorz continued, “ Nate did a phenomenal job, and I could not be more proud.”

Caruth said, “We are here to compete for wins. I have a great team that I work with, and could not ask for a better team to run in the ARCA/CRA Super Series than Lorz Motorsports.”
Support Caruth and the #76 Ford Lorz Motorsports team as they take on historical Winchester Speedway Saturday, June 23 rd for the Winchester 100; with racing to start at 6:00 P.M. Caruth continued, “I’d like to thank my sponsors Brella Sports Group, Caruth Construction, and Carroll Construction Supply. I know 2012 will be a great season!”
