Kyle Busch Paces First Sprint Cup Practice

With his lap of 28.555 seconds (133.385 MPH), Kyle Busch topped the Sprint Cup charts after the first practice of the weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Greg Biffle was second with a 28.612 lap time. Kurt Busch was third, just a hair behind Biffle with a fast lap of 08.619. Kasey Kahne and Paule Menard rounded out the top 5.

The top 10 was completed by Martin Truex, Jr., Brian Vickers, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Denny Hamlin, and Tony Stewart. Qualifying for the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 is Friday at 3:40. The Sprint Cup teams have two practice session scheduled for Saturday. The first will take place at 9:00 AM, and final practice will be at 11:20 AM Eastern.
