ARCA Racing Series phenom and points leader Sheldon Creed is returning to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Creed will pilot the No. 99 Chevrolet Silverado for MDM Motorsports in Wednesday’s (July 18) Eldora Dirt Derby. The team used social media Friday to confirm the move.

Eldora will mark Creed’s third NASCAR Camping World Truck Series start. The previous two have also come at Eldora with Creed posting a best finish of 16th.

Since Creed earned his first career ARCA victory at Michigan International Speedway last month, he’s been on a tear. Two more victories in the last four races have made him the favorite for the series championship.
