Ben Rhodes Grabs Richmond Truck Pole

Frontstretch’s Truck Series content is presented by American Trucks

After a two-week break, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series is back in action, this time at Richmond Raceway.

Ben Rhodes begins on the pole after finishing second at the Bristol Motor Speedway dirt track.

Hattori Racing Enterprises’ Austin Hill joins Rhodes on the front row.  Rhodes’ ThorSport Racing teammate Grant Enfinger lines up third and Stewart Friesen starts fourth. GMS Racing’s Raphael Lessard rounds out the top five starters.

Zane Smith will wheel his No. 21 GMS truck from sixth and Matt Crafton is seventh. Todd Gilliland, Sheldon Creed and Austin Wayne Self complete the top 10.

The lineup was created by combining four weighted categories: driver’s and car owner’s finishing position from previous race (25% each), fastest lap from the last race (15%) and rank in team owner points (35%).

Truck Lineup: ToyotaCare 250

The ToyotaCare 250 gets underway on April 17 at 1:30 p.m. ET and airs on FOX Sports 1 and MRN.
