Martin Truex Jr. will lead the way when the NASCAR Cup Series take on Dover International Speedway on Sunday, May 16.
Truex earned the pole after dominating at Darlington Raceway last week.
Fellow Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin starts alongside Truex on the front row. Hendrick Motorsports teammates William Byron and Kyle Larson make up the second row, while Kevin Harvick rounds out the top five.
A performance metrics formula combining driver’s and car owner’s finishing position (weighted 25% each), fastest lap from previous race (15%) and team owner’s points ranking (35%) was used to set the lineup.
The Drydene 400 airs on May 16 at 2 p.m. ET on FS1 and MRN radio.
