Stock Car Scoop: How Did Hendrick Motorsports Finish 1-2-3-4 at Dover?

The NASCAR Cup Series traveled to Dover International Speedway Sunday (May 16), where Alex Bowman led a historic Hendrick Motorsports 1-2-3-4 sweep in the 2021 Drydene 400. It’s the first time in the organization’s 37-year history they’ve swept the top four spots in a Cup race.

What helped the organization trounce the rest of the field at the Monster Mile? Frontstretch’s Bryan Nolen and Adam Cheek discuss what’s elevated their performance in 2021. Meanwhile, Aric Almirola’s rough season continued with another hard hit and his fifth DNF in 13 races. Bryan and Adam take a closer look at if Almirola’s the next Cup driver on the hot seat.
