B’laster has joined Live Fast Motorsports as a primary sponsor of BJ McLeod‘s No. 78 NASCAR Cup Series car for five races this season.
The first race for the B’laster 78 car is set to be at Worldwide Technology Raceway at Gateway on June 5. B’laster will then be on the car for races at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Michigan International Speedway, Richmond Raceway and Darlington Raceway.
“Live Fast Motorsports is super excited to team up with B’laster for five awesome races this 2022 racing season,” LFM co-owner Matt Tifft said in a team release. “B’laster’s products and team are set on the foundations of quality materials and handwork — two things we can get behind as a racing team. The partnership feels like a natural segue to support and encourage taking-care of the behind-the-scenes mechanics that power automotive products.”
The LFM No. 78 sits 36th in owner’s points entering this weekend’s race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. McLeod, who’s started 11 of the 13 races so far in 2022, has a best finish of 19th at Atlanta.
Next up for the Cup Series is its longest night and one of its crown jewels, the Coca-Cola 600. FOX will have TV coverage starting at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 29.

There’s a good chance he’ll be last, so a B’laster sponsorship is fitting. It’s a step up from Motorsport Games, which a lot of evidence suggests is an IPO pump and dump scam operation. Not that this is McLeod’s fault at all.
I’m still waiting for a shoe polish sponsorship. Just kidding. McLeod is a nice guy and he’s providing opportunities to young drivers.
