Tracking the Trucks: 2010 Lucas Oil 200 at Iowa

After yet another month off and the threat of rain before the green flag, the Truck Series did not disappoint Sunday afternoon. Rookie Austin Dillon beat Johnny Sauter to the checkers by 0.635 seconds to win the Lucas Oil 200 at Iowa Speedway. The driver of the No. 3 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet took the lead for the final time on lap 154 and held on through the final two cautions and a green-white-checkered finish. Matt Crafton, Ken Schrader and James Buescher rounded out the top five.

Tracking the Trucks: 2009 MemphisTravel.com 200 at Memphis

Ron Hornaday Jr. took the checkered flag 0.653 seconds ahead of Brian Scott to win the MemphisTravel.com 200 Saturday afternoon at Memphis Motorsports Park. Hornaday maintained the lead during a green-white-checkered finish after Tayler Malsam and Dennis Setzer brought out the caution with five laps to go. David Starr, Aric Almirola and Matt Crafton rounded out the top five.

David Starr Driver Diary: More Motivation to Win!

It’s been a while since my last diary and I apologize for keeping you waiting, but as many of you know, I’ve been a little busy. On March 12th, my wife Kim and I welcomed our son, David Jr. into our lives and it’s been a little crazy since. Even though we don’t sleep much, it’s all worth it. Being a dad is unbelievable and an awesome experience, and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. It’s been tough, but the joy definitely outweighs all of the sleepless nights.
